Wouldn't you agree that Shanghai is so much better than Tokyo (and bigger)?

Tokyo is the biggest city in the World and I like the Japanese way of working continuously improving. If we compare China and Japan we will see the Japanese are much more inventive. Just look at disaster zones. In a disaster zone normally people rape and loot like they did in America, with Katrina but in Japan they all came together and there was no raping or looting. Also they cleaned it up very fast whereas in China after the Earthquake it is still a mess.
