Does my dad have problems?

I am 23 years of age going on 24 next month. My dad just recently started to be money hungry as I would like to believe, Everytime I have to use my money to get me something, Like needed a new phone cause my old one broke, He gets this smiling face and moves his eyes all over like hes day dreaming, then he goes into rage mode and gets pissed at me. and today I have to go to the doctors, and hes saying I cant afford to take you blah blah blah. Find your own damn way. I am sick of him. He was always into gambling and still is. As far as when my mom was alive, he would go to bingo all night and spend spend spend spend spend all his money, He is just like his brothers, I made the mistake of making my mom let him back into the house. He still everytime he goes out has to get 10, 20, 50 dollar lottery tickets, scratch offs and keeps spending his winnings doubling his chances, and picks on my money, he has 1500 a month and retired i pay all the bills around here. I pay the cell phone bills, the internet bills, the utilities in this apartment. and everytime i have to go to the doctors when im sick or when i have to use MY money to get me something that I need, he makes this face like he day dreams and then gets pissed off. What the **** is his problem? What should I do. I have been thinking on moving out. I have shut him out of my life once before and skipped state. What should I do? And is he money hungry?
