Sould i buy a 70-200 f/2.8 L is lens from shanghai or singapore or india ?

im going to shanghai for an expo will also be going to singapore... i wanna buy a CANON EF 70-200 F/2.8 L IS II USM lens , so wher shud i buy it ? i got a 50d kit
