If your parent or child won the lottery, would you feel entitled to a portion of the winnings?

If your child or parent won $10 million or more on the lottery, would you feel entitled to a portion of the winnings? What if they didn't share with you or only shared a small portion, like $10,000? What if they didn't even tell you right away? Suppose they just went and claimed the money, put it in the bank, buy a new house and car, and then you find out they're retired? How would you react?
