Why do you think the legal issue is that caused today's unexpected recess in the Casey Anthony trial?

I think the competency of her attorney is constantly being questioned. As for a plea deal, she seems very numb to making any admissions, she seems sociopathic and scary. I wish she would just throw her hands up and say "I DID IT OK!!" Unfortunately, she is cold hearted. I wish they would at least explain the recess. Jose Baez is so inexperienced, there is no telling what is going on. I can't stand his ping pong witnesses either..
