Scenario: Lottery winnings with borrowed money. Right or Wrong and Why?

If you're desperate enough to have to borrow money you shouldn't spend it on lottery...and if you do and win...i would hope you'd help out the person who helped you out...obviously i wouldn't give him all my money or even half....but with 10 million i might pay off his house or car payment or something....
