Power of attorney for someone in India from US?

I am presently residing in Washington State in US and want to give power of attorney to someone in India for applying for a home Loan from State Bank of Travancore(SBT) .from where I can get my GPA document notarised ? Can I get this notarized from any attorney in Washington in US and then send back to India .Who can notarize this document ?
