Is the HK police doing something about the Kids Gang fight ?

Mostly group of kids always fight at Jordan park at Shanghai Street, since its Jordan, their all Nepali kids and at night around 7 or 8 and there are underage smokers in that place I know it because I usually go to that place and play football and I can see kids there fighting, like tonight I saw kids fighting. so I'm wondering if the HK police is doing anything about it??
