If Chinese are so poor, then who is living in the millions of nice apartments there?

You forgot to mention the CCP government officials who pocketed millions from piracy protection, they live in those houses too. Gleaming is too fruity for me, given the quality of products China is known for, I would rather see actual buildings and structures that would stand against 25km wind blow without collapsing. I might want to take a seat in the bathroom throne of that apartment without falling sideways and splattering crap on my face. I want safe apartments with quality, not quantity. I wouldn't want it even if they gave it to me for free.
