Are there any International cosplay conventions or anime fair in Shanghai China?

I am not Chinese, but I am staying in Shanghai and I would like to meet other people who also cosplays. I do not speak/read Chinese, but I would really like to meet cosplayers that can speak English. Are there any international cosplaying events coming up?
